Yet once again I fell off the wagon as after spring break I had a paper, 2 projects, and 2 presentations to worry about! I actually did fairly well weight-wise staying around 143 until the last few weeks of may when the pressure was really high! I always get lazy at that time of the school year and end up eating out way more than I should :
In just this past week, I have dropped about 1.5 lbs, so good progress so far! I'm trying to do a jump start diet and be pretty strict for the best results. I do understand this doesn't work in the long term, but I'm hoping it will give my body a little shock; in fact, I think it has already! Now I just need to update my weight tracker as I need to come to terms with what happened. Maybe this will remind me to stay better on track next time.
The good (?!) news is I only have one class left. Unfortunately I also have a thesis to write and have finished by hopefully December when I will hopefully have a "real world" job with my name on it! :S
More definite good news is that I've gotten a small outdoor grill which means grilled chicken salads, quesadillas, tacos..foil packs! Not to mention the occasional burger or brat! YUM!
