A Second Chance

Have suffered for years with neck and back pain and have used it as an excuse to not exercise. Finally had surgery on neck to remove two discs and have donor discs now. I feel like this is a wake up call since I had to see a cardiologist during this wole process and God is telling me get out there and exercise, lose a few pounds and take better care of yourself! So I am recommitted and starting today I am going to give it my all!

    Good for you. Take it slow. Exercise is not my thing but I am on a streak. 13 days of exercise. I walk 25 minutes on my treadmill but I have to do it in small intervals. My goal is to be up to 30 minutes by June.

Feeling Sucess Today

Really want to be a better example to my oldest daughter who is only twenty one and following in my footsteps when it comes to poor eating habits. I am trying to eat healthier and exercise. Today was a success, hope she is watching!

It was a good day

Ok, so today, I ate pretty good, I took my grand daughter and both my my big dogs for a walk, did 25 sit ups. Yeah! Oh and drank my water. I feel like I really accomplished something today

  That's awesome for you. Today, I am on my way and will try my best. I am laid off from work stressing a lot over bills, but will not let this get in my way
