Crawling Back

I have 101 reasons as to why I fell off the wagon, and although they are all legitimate reasons, they are still ultimately excuses. I stopped tracking and moving and I gained all the weight I lost. I wanted this to be a lifestyle change, and not just a diet so I need to learn to stick with the program even when there is alot going on in life. The good news is I knew exactly where to go and exactly what to do to get back on track...HERE!

I have updated my very outdated profile, measurements, goal dates, and charts. I am excited for what's to come and I'm looking forward to the new and improved **me**!

    Great post!!!

And also try to realize that it's okay to enjoy life and the foods you love... but in moderation...and that takes lots of time to master! As long as you're looking for those positives, I think you'll kick weightloss in the butt!

New month=new opportunities!!!
This entry is short, sweet, honest and to the point. I haven't been on top of my game. I went into a slump bc of my plateau, I wasn't losing any weight. Well now I'm starting to gain and that, my good friends, is no bueno!!! The good news I'm catching it early before I gain too much of my old weight back, and I'm starting tomorrow, April 1.

My mommy group also started a Biggest Loser challenge where everyone adds $10 to a pot and whomever loses the most wins the money. I'm not participating in the money part of the challenge, just for accountability and support, in addition to all the love I get from here.

I absolutely, positively, without a doubt, need to track my food and exercise again. That helped tremendously and I can feel the difference from when I used to track and now that I don't.

Wow, this entry ended up longer than I thought!!

I also need to get back with my journey. I lost 20 lb last year and gain back 5 lb in this year. I am not too far from the weight which was at the beginning of year 2012. I know if I won't make a move I will end up getting more weight gain then last year so just buckle up and start weight loss journey.

I love Biggest Looser and their challenge. I wish you good luck on your challenge (I know you are not participating but sure joining them for support. I have positive feeling about you that you will made it to your goal)

For those of us who are trying to start out slow and want to make do able, consistent changes, how about a Sunrise walk around the block tomorrow? Just around the block...just 1 time...? Totally do able right?

    I go out early every emoticon day when I can, on a walk or on my bike, when I see a beautiful sunrise it truly makes my day. Can't wait for it to warm up.

    I love it - I am afraid my BLOCK is miles and miles long since I live out in the boondocks of WV on a farm. I will however join you in spirit and walk to the neighbor's house and back - about half a mile each way - IF THE GOOD LORD IS WILLING AND THE CRICK DON'T RISE or SNOW, ICE or other nasty things like freezing rain.

Weekly/Short Term Goals on Fridays!!

Fridays for me will be short goal setting and motivation for the upcoming week! I'm posting them here on my blog for accountability and journaling purposes.
Weekly goals next week...
*8x8 glasses of water. NO EXCUSES!
*3 healthy meals, 3 healthy snacks daily.
*5-7 servings of fruits and veggies daily. NO EXCUSES!
*Walk around my block, JUST THE BLOCK, 5x weekly. I can do that. Just around the block.
*Find fun, ACTIVE activities to do with May Baby and/or First Born the other 2 days next week.
*Don't overdue it on Valentine's Day! Try to stay *slightly* under daily calorie allowance to make room for V-day.
***TAKE A WEEKLY PICTURE in the same outfit, around the same time weekly to document. Because it's...about...to...go...downnnnn!!! Yaayy!
