I have been hearing a lot about health food buffs who call themselves FLEXITARIANS. Today in the Healthy Lifestyle Guide, I read about how to feed a vegetarian and that also mentioned flexitarians. Flexitarians, from what I'm hearing and reading, benefit from the vegetarian-inspired diet that's low in cholesterol and saturated fat and high in fiber and antioxidants. I'm going to adopt the flexitarian diet which is rich in fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes and grains. Meat, seafood, dairy and eggs are eating sparingly. I have to revamp my eating habits to boost my good cholesterol so this way of eating can help me do that. Today is my first day of becoming a FLEXITARIAN.
