Well, I took my partner to the airport around 6:45 AM today. He is off to Florida for 14 days. He needed to take a break from his job and from me. lol. He'll spend his days at the beach -- tanning, reading, and watching people. He'll meet up with friends while he is down there.

As for me, I will take care of our cat Scamper and rest as well.

Well, tennis was fun yesterday. My partner's colleagues are very nice people. I liked them a lot. They were friendly and fun. They were fairly good tennis players. Only three balls went over the fence. emoticon We ate a newly critiqued restaurant -- a chinese restaurant that served hot pots. It was very good. We'll have to try it again.

Today, we are meeting my family for dim sum at A&J in Rockville, Maryland. After dim sum, my partner and I are going hiking at Great Falls. emoticon

It's going to be another hot day. However, we are playing tennis with his colleagues. It'll be interesting as both of them are beginners. I hope they are athletic and that I don't go chasing balls all over the court. emoticonAfter tennis, we are going to eat. Where? I don't know yet.

Tonight. we'll finish watching a movie we started last night. We were so tired by 10 PM and, in addition, listened to crying cat, that we decided to feed the cat and go to bed. emoticon

Well, the new refrigerator arrived around 2:30 PM and it took them a little over an hour to remove the old and put in the new. I didn't like the attitude of one of the delivery person as the first thing he said to me, "It's too big and it'll never make it up the stairwell." I said, "My refrigerator is not working so I need that refrigerator." Drama!

Today, my partner and I are going to get our marriage license. Yippee. It's also my cat's birthday. He is 14 years old. His sister would have been 14 as well but she's gone to kitty heaven about 7 weeks ago.
