16,330 steps = 7.72 miles and burned 769.41 calories. That's what I did at work last night to early morning (6 PM to 2:31 AM). Before going to work, I went to the gym and did 45 minutes on a stationary bike and 45 minutes on a treadmill (15% incline at an average 14 miles per hour).
It's still raining and dreary today, so I will forgo riding my bicycle and go to the gym again.
It's our anniversary today, my partner and I have been together for 15 years.
