A Long Day

It's going to be a long day at work -- I work from 9 AM to 6 PM. It'll be okay. I'll get my cardio exercises in as I will walk over 15,000 steps to do my job. emoticon

It's A Beautiful Day, Today!

It's a beautiful day today and I work from 9:45 AM to 5 PM. I plan to take advantage of this beautiful day after work and go bicycle riding. emoticon

A Good Day Off!

Yesterday, I had a good day off and much needed time off. I was getting a little tired of working this week although I just had six days off. LOL. Maybe it will take some time to get back to the routine.

I met mom, brother, and cousin for dim sum. We ate really well -- not overate. However, the Dairy Queen stop afterwards put me over the top especially when mom asked me to help her finish her medium-sized Blizzard. Of course, I had to oblige. LOL.

After DQ, we went back to her home and looked at the photos of my aunt's funeral services last week and then her trip to China with my brother and his daughter -- her first grandchild -- for her high school graduation present. Over 2,00 photos. I do see a bunch a duplicates which I will delete them today.

Today, I have the day off too and I will ride my bicycle and play tennis because it's a nice day. It's mostly sunny and will be in the mid-90s with lots of DC humidity.
