Well, Memorial Day Weekend (MDW) passed and it was really, really hard to maintain my healthy eating habits. I was invited to two MDW parties. At both parties, I tried to watch what I ate. I think I was a little bit successful.
I shouldn't feel so bad as I did exercise more over MDW than typical days. On Friday, I did strength exercises, walked, and rode my bicycle for 20 miles. On Saturday, I did strength exercises, walked, and rode my bicycle for 10 miles. On Sunday, I did strength exercises and played tennis for 2 hours (singles). On Monday, I did strength exercises, walked, and rode my bike for 5.5 miles. Pretty good for the long weekend.
