Wednesday 5/16/12

Want to thank all of you for your prayers & thoughts
towards things that are going on in my life & that of
friends & relatives.

Stayed in Calorie range today

115 SP Points today.

90 min exercise

Church tonight.

Haven't sold car yet, but working on it.
I like the new one but I'm not thrilled with it,
so I might list it also and just sell whichever one
goes first.

It will all work out just fine :)

Tuesday 5/15/12

What a BUSY DAY! PHEW

Mall this AM. 30 min walk; then gym class for
45 min; then yoga/pilates for 45 min.

Off to see my friend, Al, in assisted living, to pay some
bills for him, etc.

My car is for sale & I've had quite a few hits on it.
A man and his daughter are coming in the morning
to look at it. Very interested. So say a prayer that
it sells tomorrow.

Also another person said they would like to buy it,
but they have not seen it yet. I let them know that if
this person does not buy it, or does, I will notify them
either way. GOD IS GOOD!

My sis-in-law on the E Coast of FL is doing very poorly,
cancer back for the 3rd time. Not exactly sure where it
is but will do chemo & radiation. There is swelling in
the groin area. Also cancer in the bone. Both of her
brothers passed away in the last few years with cancer.

So also remember her. Her name is Doris.

I stayed in calorie ranges, but ate too much for diner, and very
little during the day. Not a good thing!

I'm out of here shortly. Folks coming to look at car in the AM.

Monday 5/14/12

Stayed in my calorie range

Took my car to the shop to have checked out. It was ok & nothing
to worry about. Will change titles tomorrow morning.

Went to the mall. Walked 45 min. Went to the gym did a 1 hour
exercise class, then some more errands, out to lunch then back to
the gym for 45 min workout on machines & free weights. Tonight
I did a 17 min walk around my neighborhood and the one next to
me.

Have a fun safe evening. See you all tomorrow ;)

Sunday 5/13/12

Here I am again.

Had a good day.

Went to pick up my new car {new to me} & stayed at
my friends son's house for dinner. There were 10 of
us. Very informal & very nice.

I did eat out of the ordinary but managed to stay in my
calorie range. I had a tiny lunch so I could have some
leeway.

Sunday 5/13/12 Happy Mother's Day!

This is my Mother's Day Breakfast:





Eggbeaters {6Tbls}
Spices {to taste}
Dash salt

1 Flatout Flatbread Multi-Grain with Flax . 100 Cal, 17 Carbs, 8 Fiber, 1 sugar, 9 Protein
Apply 2 Tbls grated cheese to top of Bread.

Cook egg. Place on top of cheese. Roll flatbread.
