Tuesday 10-04=11

Almost forgot to write my blog. Don't want
to miss one now. Been on the road 18 days.
Not ready to head home yet. Not sure I want
to go home. I mean I do, but I don't..Leave it
at that.

Going to meet with several SP friends on Sunday.
I'm so excited to meet them

Had a good day. Took my older brother to exit
10 on the NJTP to pick up his truck. He took me
to breakfast.Was out ALL DAY!

I got to reign in my eating & my budget. I'll have to
stay in a room for another 6 months at this rate

Monday 10-03-11

for all your suggestions and ideas re: moving
back north. I doubt I will, but it remains to be seen.

Dawn, DEFINITELY a lot of prayer before a step like that.

I know that coming back would be totally different than
actually living here. I would not see people as much since
I'd always be here maybe. So, it's a lot to think about and my
brothers won't always be here.

It's ok with my daughter if I decide to move back, since it's my
decision and they would move in a heart-beat if they had the
opportunity. So that is that.

Had another good day. went to the gym and worked out for an hour
in the morning. Then came back, cleaned up and changed clothes.

Stayed in and made some phone calls then went and made dinner
for my 2 brothers at one of their places (The Birthday boys)

Going to pick up other brother inthe AM and take him to get his truck
up north on the Turnpike. Really don't like the turnpike, but it's one
of those things ya gotta do. My other brother is working or he would
take him.

I didn't have anything planned for tomorrow morning anyway, so it
s OK.

Have a good evening.

I pretty much think I ate ok. Since I'm not going to take the time to write
it down I won't know for sure.

Sunday 10-02 -11

Had a great Sunday. Church was Awesome.
The church I grew up in for 30 some years,
has an interim pastor who was my pastor at
another church I attended. Was so good to
see everyone again.

Spent the rest of the day with my 2 brothers.
Went to lunch together then visiting 2 different
homes of folks we all knew. It was great
chatting about old times. Didin't want to leave.

I miss my brothers when I'm in FL. If someone
is going to move, it will be me. I don't have any
roots anywhere anymore, so it's a possiblility.

I think spending one winter in NJ will either kill
me or cure me of the idea of moving back. It is
weighing on my mind. Time will tell. No rash
decisions.

I stayed on track today. Sugar is doing much
better.

i'm tired, been a long but good day.

So cool about you meeting up with one of your former pastors again. You are so lucky to have a good relationship with your siblings. So many people do not. I would never miss winter. I know I would hate the heat of summer in Florida but the rest of the year is so nice. Report Inappropriate Comment

Saturday 10-01-11

Wow, October 1.

I had about a 2 pound gain this month, but that is
not too bad. I should not say that, as I know I can
do it, lose the weight, I just haven't been doing it.
I am watching it though, off and on, which I guess
is better than never.

Had a good day. Made dinner for my brother and I.

I made tilapia with a few mild spices and steamed.
It was yummy. My brother was not thrilled with the
wheat & Flaxseed dish, but I LOVE IT.

Made a few phone calls and took a ride.

Cruise is working perfectly!

I'm going to bed now, so enjoy your Sunday

Friday 09-30-11

Had another good day. Hit the gym @ 7AM.
Worked out 65 minutes.

Went for a drive to look at a car. Didn't buy it,
but it was AWESOME! Price was good but no
cruise. we won't even go there

Spent most of the day with my brother. Went out
to lunch, then back to his house. Worked on a puzzle
and watched a bit of TV & read the paper.

Made an awesome dish tonight.

Bulgar Wheat, Flax seed, Fresh tomato, Chicken
broth, some Italian seasoning, 1/2 onion,
& garlic. OH, ws it ever delicious. Just had a little
bit since I had a big lunch.

Also had a little bit of sauerkraut my nephew fixed.

Finally got a phone # from a friend of mine about a girl
I graduated from HS with. She is in Margate. I will call
her tomorrow. This girl was the sweetest girl in the
class. So, I'm hoping we will be able to connect!

Meeting with some of my spark friends from NJ on the
9th. Excited about that.

Well, it's almost bedtime. Night all.
