Friday 10/31/14

I am away house sitting. I am making my own food,
eating on program, not nibbling in between meals
except for what is allowed on my program.
I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks most days.

Staying well within my calorie range.

I'm happy about that. Exercising as much as I can. try to get
at least 5000 steps in during the day. Have been able to do
that pretty well.

Have a great HALLOWEEN. Be safe out there.

    Congratulations on getting in your steps and staying within your calorie range! My pedometer is packed away at my son's house right now, but hope to dig it out in the next few days and start tracking my steps again! Keep up the walking! WTG!

10/27/14 Monday

Another day of making OVER 10,000 steps.
I'm so excited. It's hard for me to do that.
5,000 no problem if I try hard but the 10,000
hopefully will be more common place.

With my eating on program, I think the 2 will really
help me lose the rest of my weight.

The difference between 5,000 and 10,000 steps is huge and that takes a lot of determination. Congratulations, you're doing it!!!

    Congratulations on 10,000 steps. That is huge. I lost my pedometer! Now I can't track my steps. What are you using to track your steps. I am thinking about getting another one.

    Really Good Job Nancy! I am rejoicing to just hit 5000 steps consistently...anything over that is gravy for me. When I started this journey in June, my "average" number of steps was under 2000, so I know I'm getting stronger a little at a time!

Not feeling well today, not really sick, just off center.
Many people say I am off center all the time.

Anyway, did 2 loads of laundry, ate 2 healthy meals.
Tracking my food as I go along. Eating healthy!

Enjoyed a walk, 1.5 miles, at 7AM. Brisk 66 degrees.
Needed a sweater, I do live in FL... emoticon

I'm spending time working on my Ebay. WIll be away

Nice day. Weather is great in FL. Not overly
hot as it has been, but still warm. Cool mornings,
Cooler evenings.

Watching everything I eat. Being careful.

Happy with my progress.

    We had some really warm weather these past couple of days - Indian Summer - but gradually we will be getting colder again. I have truly enjoyed these days because they were not too hot or too cold - just perfect. Not looking forward to the snow and ice at all.
