Have lost 5 pounds this week and I should be happy,but hubby is ill again and the stress has gone way high and depression , i have really struggled today to keep my plan going,but i keep saying i have done so well keep going everthing will be fine,got to go hospital tomorrow with hubby tomorrow so hopefully problem will get solved.I just thought it would help to vent my feelings on here to for support as i feel it could help me to

We all have times in our lives when a vent is needed, I had one of my own earlier, lol, so you're in the right place. There is so much support here it's amazing.

    I'm so sorry to hear hubby is not doing well - I sure hope everything is okay.

You have done great losing the 5 lbs. don't let the stress derail you from your plan - after all - you need to be healthy to deal with what life throws you.

What a strange day

I do not know what has happened here but some of the people who blogged here have gone, I have no water and the heating we have not got,they always say it comes in 3s . Well i hope tomorrow is better as i get weighed,so fingers and toes and anything else crossed.I must say this low carb plan i have been on this week has certainly kept me going regular to the loo,because normally i am constipated,I know not a very nice subject,but we all do it ,LOL. I have had so much love and support on this site this week I am grateful to everyone and hope i can help others too.Because that is what it is all about helping each other succeed.and we will. Have a good day everyone.And I was thinking with all these things going wrong this morning,well there is always someone out there worse than ourselves isn't there. so keep your chins up i will to. emoticon emoticon emoticon

well started my new way of eating and lifestyle on monday 16th april and feeling really positive and good.Hope i am welcome here even though i am from England as i am really enjoying the support that there is here.And i am looking forward to supporting who i can to.     Welcome to SP. You will find everyone here to be supportive and helpful after all we are all here for the same reason - to lose weight and get healthy.

My biggest tip - use the nutrition tracker. It keeps you honest and really lets you see what you actually are eating. Can't fool yourself into thinkng you are taking in less calories than you really are. Helps you to make better choices - if you know you have to enter it you may choose to eat something healthier so you will stay within your daily calorie goal.

Can be time consuming in the beginning but once you build up your favorites and have had entered regular meals that you can copy to other days it becomes much quicker.

Don't forget - drink your water!
