I went to bed about 5:30 and woke up a few times and alarm went off at 5:00.... I am feeling better than yesterday when I had slept only 3-4 hours.
Sleeping 11 or more hours really cuts into one's day. I would like to sleep about 8 hours every night but as long as I am averaging that it is a great improvement.
Not much time to blog again. I was on time for work yesterday and am trying to turn over a new leaf...
