I slept an extra 2+ hours this morning. Plan to go to farmer's market to get fresh tomatoes and then on to the gym to swim in the outdoor pool after that.
This last week at work was generally good and I think I almost made the quota. It was close and I kept my nose to the grindstone all week long.
Next week our employer is having an employee appreciation week with a pancake breakfast one day and smoothies after lunch (I'd better not have much to eat so I can have a small serving of breakfast) and another day they are having pulled pork sandwiches (if I plan ahead I think a half serving of that will be about right to keep me under my calories for the day, if I have a small breakfast and dinner). Not having any food is a suspect thing around there so I figure having small servings will be a good compromise. There will also be some games with little prizes (most of which are unhealthy things to eat, though the company has recently tried to encourage healthy incentives, etc.) The company actually has shown an improvement by not serving us pizza as they usually did in the past and have changed the beverage to plain water. It will be interesting to see what they give us for desert.
Finally we are having some nicer weather with lower humidity.
