Early start at work 3rd day in a row...weekend...yeah!!!!

I have gotten up at 4:00 a.m. three days in a row and tomorrow will sleep in until 6:00!!! Have to get up though as there is a new water aerobics class at the gym at 8:15 on Saturday in the warm pool. Can hardly wait. I enjoyed water aerobics in the regular pool last night and am so glad I went as my stiff knees felt better and I slept very well.

I have to focus on something positive today as complaining and thinking about everything negative is such a downer and I hate that slippery slide of negativity. I am holding my weight steady and that is one positive. I have a gym where I can exercise and whirlpool and swim and there is a therapy pool at work I can also use (schedule permitting).

I am meeting with 2 people this week (professionals) who can help me make life plans and that is something very positive, as I have been like an ostrich, sticking my head in the sand trying not to think about things I CAN change and also have been worrying about things I CANNOT change (which is wasted effort). I hope to have a list of things to do that will help me by the end of this week.

Then I will be on the road to actually improving my life instead of complaining and doing nothng.

I have been awfully tired and lazy lately but feel I deserve some much needed rest after all the excitement.

Today I have to return to work full time (had been half time for the whole month of February following hand surgery in late December). I have hand therapy ordered and am having hand discomfort. I am sure after therapy I will be feeling better. Needless to say I am a bit anxious regarding working 8 hours again but I am not ready to retire. All I can do is my best and that is what I'll do.
