I have to focus on something positive today as complaining and thinking about everything negative is such a downer and I hate that slippery slide of negativity. I am holding my weight steady and that is one positive. I have a gym where I can exercise and whirlpool and swim and there is a therapy pool at work I can also use (schedule permitting).
I am meeting with 2 people this week (professionals) who can help me make life plans and that is something very positive, as I have been like an ostrich, sticking my head in the sand trying not to think about things I CAN change and also have been worrying about things I CANNOT change (which is wasted effort). I hope to have a list of things to do that will help me by the end of this week.
Then I will be on the road to actually improving my life instead of complaining and doing nothng.
