Went to bed last night at 6:30 p.m. Am now wide awake at 1:30 a.m. Will stay up an hour or 2 and then go to gym around 6:00 to get some exercise, steam room and whirlpool to loosen up before going to work. My new schedule at work is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. so going to gym before work is much easier with the later start.
I have plenty to do this a.m. including dishes, laundry, etc.
Can also do some "bed" exercises for knees and back before going back to sleep for an early morning nap. I think this cold is requiring me to sleep a lot to fight it off. Some herbal tea will help, too. I have some camomile tea that will hit the spot.
