I definitely am not staying up at midnight when I have to work tomorrow. I went to bed about 7:00 p.m. and woke up at midnight. I plan to sleep about 3 more hours and get up early and walk on treadmill 20-30 minutes before I go to work. I went swimming yesterday but my knees are both stiff and sore from lack of exercise. I could also walk up and down the stairs for 10 minutes after I loosen up on the treadmill.
I am so ready for the weekend. Yesterday I had a day off work but ran around and seemed to wear myself out. Went swimming, then to hand surgeon for a cortisone shot, then picked up lunch and brought it home. Went to dentist for overdue cleaning and re-set temporary bridge. Then picked up a truckful of boxes for daughter moving (donations that are still in truck). By the time I got home I plunked myself down in my chair and after an hour of dozing decided to go to bed. And here I am at midnight wondering why I am up....and in the morning I have to unload the truck and sort things for donation versus give to friends or keep items from my daughter who is moving...and I have to be on time for work at 7:00 to 3:30 and then take donations to thrift store.
Guess I better go back to bed and set the alarm for my usual 4:00....
