I gotta get movin if I'm gonna do it. Having my second big cup of coffee first and am just trying to wake up good first...my goal is 30 minutes on the treadmill and I have to make sure I have time to take a shower before I leave for work...Still have a few minutes to Spark....I am feel mentally much better than for the past few days but the hand that is bothering me is not better, but I did notice when I iced it yesterday it helped a lot so will bring ice to work today just in case it bothers me later on today and will ice during breaks and lunch time. Yesterday I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill AND swam for 35 minutes (stretches and laps). It would be great if I would (first typed could, but know I could) and that is my goal for this week.
