Last week I went up 8 pounds and then down 5 pounds. This week I went up 10 pounds and then over night down 10 pounds. This must be water. I drank about 10 glasses yesterday to help flush and apparently it helped. I will try that again today even though I was going and going about every 1/2 to1 hour during the day and luckily it stopped during the night so I got a really good night's sleep. I have heard that apple cider vinegar (shooters) will help flush the excess fluid out, too, and my doctor suggested parsley pills. Keeping a sodium mg count might be useful, too, as I suspect that might have been high lately, too. Finally figured out how to keep track of nutrition on the sparks pages and it seems that until I get all my favorite foods in it is rather tedious but once I do it for a week or more it will be much easier. Any other sodium/water retention ideas are welcome. It is a sunny day in Minnesota.
