4 oz ground turkey, fried in sunflower oil, seasoned w/Mrs. Dash
1 slice yeast free, brown rice bread
1 serving organic oatmeal
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
1 cup coffee with stevia

about 640 calories, but should keep me satisfied to lunch time.

I am bringing for lunch and snacks
1 avocado
1 mango
1 tomato
1 apple
1 banana
4 oz of turkey on brown rice bread
but probably won't eat all the fruit

I thought those hashbrowns were awful "creamy" tasting. It turns out they had cheese and cream of chicken soup in them. I ate less than 1/4 of the serving before I decided against eating any more. The only reaction I had was my face felt very hot, but did not have true allergic reaction. (Which I did not expect since I am only sensitive to dairy products and not truly allergic.)

I have been good aside from stopping at the Dairy Queen this week and having a Freeze with some ice cream in it I did have a bit of a reaction from that which involved "tummy" reaction., but it was not an allergic reaction, just a food intolerance.

I am sensitive to only 2 vegetables (onions and green beans) and of course the vegetable served was green beans.

I have had much better luck eating sushi as far as restaurant food that avoids all 9 of the foods I am trying to avoid for a 2 month trial.

I tried to buy some protein bars that were gluten free and soy free but I think that is impossible. I might have to bake some bars or cookies on my own but even finding recipes to try is difficult.

My best option is eating at home and sticking mostly with fresh fruits and vegetables and brown rice and fish or chicken.

At least I have a few choices but reading all that small print in the grocery store is extremely hard. I probably am going to have to pack a magnifying glass in my purse for such trips to grocery stores.

This plumber seemed to be truly honest. He said he saw no need to do the projects the other estimate suggested which were a total of $6000 in addition to the city's 14,400.

So at this point our total project cost is ONLY $14,400. I feel so much better, but not entirely happy, of course.

Have to go see an amortization schedule to see how much per month this is at 5% (estimated).

Somewhat relieved it is not $20,000.

Ths week is flying by. I can't believe today is Thursday already. 2 days until the weekend.

Been dealing with plumbers (3 different companies). Hopefully the toilet will stay fixed now. Getting bids on sewer replacement in conjunction with street replacement and sewer upgrade. At this point that project is estimated to cost $17,900. City will finance at 4.5% for 10 years (payable wtih taxes).

After I got our first estimate I really enjoyed swimming and whirlpooling to try to "calm down." If I were a drinker, I probably would have had a few.

I am trying to eat less at a time and have small snacks and I think that is helping the stomach discomfort.

I am happy to report I have lost 10 lbs in the last 2 months.
