About 5 small kale leaves (got 2 big bunches for $5), 1/2 can of pineapple in juice, 1/2 banana and 1 scoop of soy protein isolate, plus, of course, 2 pkts stevia. It is delicious. Drank half for breakfast and had a bowl of organic ginger oatmeal with soy milk. I will drink the other half with my lunch of small turkey meatloaf sandwich (1 piece of bread).
It is hard to believe having a smoothie almost every day for a week has made me feel better...but I do!!! It is not only the good veggies and fruit but also the extra protein (either a scoop of soy protein or a scoop of egg white powder). Plan to continue. Am considering buying a better blender as some of the fiber is not getting ground up well.
Does anybody have any thoughts on the Healthmaster vs the Ninja blenders?
