I didn't take a nap yesterday afternoon as I was tempted to..instead I went to bed early and got a really good night's sleep and I feel much better today.
I am starting a new week tracking for Weight Watchers and hope to lose weight ths week instead of gaining 1.8 lb like I did last week. Part of the reason, ofcourse, is that I did not track my food and ate way too much sugar, carbs and fat. Also, I did not exercise my usual amount. (Could there be a correlation between eating those foods and feeling lethargic?) hmmmmmmm
I woke up to an info-mercial this morning promising I would lose 60 lb in a month...if I only send them $120 and follow thei program. I think $40 a month for WW is enough...but eventually I will be back to Sparkpeople only which is freeeee~~~!!!
