Compared to yesterday's breakfast of egg sandwich with mushrooms, this bowl of cheerios with banana seems boring...
Because of the cholesterol I think eggs every day would be unhealthy (especially if I have 2 eggs). My favorite alternative is fried (in olive oil) tofu slices...I put spices on it an it actually tastes a lot like scrambled eggs.
Today at work we are having a pot luck where everyone brings sandwich makings for hoagies...I am bringing tomatoes (I found Roma tomatoes for 99 cents a lb at the grocer at work). Have to slice them up before I bring them in to work. I decided to bring my own bread instead of eating a hoagie bun (I'm bringing 1 Arnold whole wheat flat bread and that will limit the amount of "fixings" I can fit on my sandwich, also). Today we get an hour long lunch to play baby shower games and have our pot luck and get paid for the extra half hour lunch.

P.S. After thinking of that tofu breakfast sandwich...I added one to my breakfast and it actually fit into my WW points and fried in 1 tsp of olive oil it included a healthy fat!!!
