I slept a whole 10 hours last night. Those couple of extra early morning starts (and less sleep) gave me some sleep deprivation.
I am having my coffee and will be off to work soon.
Hubby and I plan to go to gym tonight. We usually stay home from the gym on Thursdays so I can see "Big Bang Theory." However, it was a rerurn and I fell asleep before it was over (about 7:15 last night). It was nice to get some catch up sleep.
Work is going well, but we all feel a little overworked as we seemed to be making up for the holiday and actually had bigger piles of projects on our desks than usual.
Looking forward to swimming and doing the leg press at the gym this evening.
Weight has stayed the same for 2 weeks now...but am grateful I am not regaining what I lost in the previous month.
