Pool timeFriday, September 14, 2012
I am really enjoying being in the pool at the YMCA. Have been going for a week now and have been in the water Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Next week will be fewer days because of my work schedule. I cant go on Wednesday ![]()

Good for you! I used to love going to the pool but haven't gone for a number of years. It seems when you get older a person gets in a rut and doesn't get out of it. I am exercising though! Report Inappropriate Comment |

Cool! I love pool exercises. I do it about 3 X a week. I start first by walking across the pool and back for about 5 minutes then sideways walking and then backwards. Then i do Squats, heel then toe, leg lifts and sideways lifts arm raises sideways and front and back and i use 2 noodles to do exercise bike. I stay moving for the full time i'm in there. Make sure you shower after or you can get athletes foot. Report Inappropriate Comment |


This is my new c-pap machine and mask.....this is the 3rd style of mask I have tried and this one is a keeper!!!!!!!!!!
