Good morning everyone and thanks for your words of encouragement and the little goodies, they have meant a lot to me. I am looking forward to kicking goals one at a time this week to re-establish some momentum with my weight loss. I am pretty much back to my original starting point on this journey after a couple of weeks of being sick and sorry. 74kg's Grrrrr!
Regardless I have some plans in place. I will be at fitness training tonight and tomorrow night and sailing on wed night (though i don't know if that counts as exercise???). The other days of the week I am hoping to get in at least 30 mins of walking... I will also be back onto healthy eating this week. Have started off well this morning. But I will have to do some cooking tonight to prepare healthy meals for the week so that I don't snack on toasted sandwhiches... during the week when i feel hungry.
Now that its getting colder I am looking forward to some healthy soups and stews (especially irish stew! yummm! )
As a side bar to my weight loss I have started to keep a journal to help me stay inspired and on track. The weight loss is actually more of a contributing factor to my goal of regaining my self respect. I have spent too long letting things fall through the cracks and then getting mad at myself for it, so as with weight loss I will be making lists of things that I need to do and ticking those off one by one as well in the same way I will tick each meal and each daily exercise block off the list too!
