Happy Holidays!!Thursday, December 24, 2009I'm tracking ok so far. Started holidays last Friday and have been eating a lot more now that I am home. And a few too many drinks. Not sure if I should just excuse myself and enjoy the holidays or keep it on track so i don't hate myself later. Hope everyone is going well and sticks to their eating plans for the holiday season. Inspire me with your stories sparkfriends! ![]()

Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year. May God Bless you and your family. Yes, I'm staying on track and exercise plus drinking my water. Report Inappropriate Comment |

I am happy to report a 2 kilo loss over the past couple of weeks. I have dramatically reduced my intake of alcohol and am putting in the effort of preparing food to take to work which assists in me not grabbing unhealthy food from the canteen.
I have also started learning to jog which is something I've never done before but I am enjoying. Just starting with building up to 30 minutes doing 2 minutes running, 1 minute walking, then reduce the amount of walking. It seems a good progressive running program.
I had a bit of a slow week last week and didn't get any running in which i found i missed. I think that's a good sign!
Its also a good sign that my jeans are starting to fall down! haha

Wow thats fantastic! Well done at reducing your alcohol intake (this is what im gonna try starting today) and taking packed lunches. I find if i have food in my bag that keeps me from the vending machines too. Im impressed at how much you can jog already! Ive tried for ages and can't keep up 2mins running, 1walking for half an hour yet. Report Inappropriate Comment |
