phew... what a haul this week feels like! i just counted and 5 out of the last 6 days i haven't done exercise. poor form on my part. i've had a couple of unhealthy food choices but not large amounts thereof so wouldn't call it a blow out or falling off the wagon. just haven't put a lot of effort in.
going to make sure i pick up my calorie intake again and increase the veggies too. I was a bit low on calories sometimes last week and i think that leads to bad things in terms of energy, motivation and cravings.
i'm listening to some nice music and typing and then i'll go get my gear ready for training tomorrow morning. looking forward to it, even though i still feel a bit run down. off for an early night tonight. I think when i finish this 6 week weight loss challenge i'll take it easy for a week or so. maybe not post as much. still keep an eye on my food though. i feel like my food choices are still a big gap even though i'm tracking.
on the plus side i iced my foot and got a bowen therapy massage last week and on the weekend. being a good girl when it comes to my feet. sunday was a feet up, watching the football afternoon. which was a nice rest after saturday's extensive gardening efforts.
