That is how I feel today! Just springy!!!!!
I did my breathing yesterday on the way home and felt so good that I did a 2 mile walk when I got home. I didn't crash on the sofa or run to the kitchen for a before dinner snack (which I am famous for), I went right into a walk, right in my living room. My girls walked with me for a little while and then off to their own things, but I kept going until I hit 2 miles and then stopped to make dinner.
Exercise is something that I usually dread, but after yesterday, I have more energy and look forward to my before dinner walk this evening.
