Pretty good day today. Got up and went and exercised. Food is in range today. Can eat a whole lot of fruit tonight if I just need to eat anything.

Drank all my water. Goal is 5 pounds by August 1. Will set next goal after that

Didnt track Friday or Saturday because we were out of town. Didn't do too badly on the food. No execise. Too many chips

Starting back tracking food today and will head to the gym tomorrow. One day at a time and I just might make it

Heading out of town for the 4th. It is my dad's birthday today. Will be a chanllenge to eat right today with the grilling being done, but I will attempt to make good choices because I really do not want to ruin the last 2 days of good.

Will probably not exercise today because we will be traveling so that will have to start back up when we return. Not staying long so won't miss much on the exercise front.

On track with my food and went and exercised today I have put in 3 days this week of exercise. Yah!. Most I have done in ages. So far so good. Going out of town tomorrow so I will really have to watch my step. Will take my tennis shoes and walk while I am gone so I can work off any excess.

Lots of good food when you visit family and it is very hard to resist

April 30 is the last time I logged in and so once again I am starting over. I am doing well with the food today and I have exercised. The one good thing is I have kept off 4 of the 6 I lost last time I started over. This time my goal is to lose at least 5 I need to lose a total of 60, but I will start with 5.
