April 30 is the last time I logged in and so once again I am starting over. I am doing well with the food today and I have exercised. The one good thing is I have kept off 4 of the 6 I lost last time I started over. This time my goal is to lose at least 5 I need to lose a total of 60, but I will start with 5.
