Well, I just finished putting all my food in and I ate enough for 2 days. I did do my exercise this morning.

Time to get back on track. I have managed to lose 6 pounds which is a really good start for me.

Need to cut back the calories so I can shed at least 1 pound this week. My goal is to get to 10 pounds and then I will set a new one.

My big goal is to lose 60 and I know I will need little victories along the way. SOOOOOOO, my lunch is packed for tomorrow and I am about to get the fruit out and wash and pack it for lunch.

Shooting myself in the foot

I am in week 3. I did really well for 2 weeks. This week I have had mexican food and all that goes with it 2 times.

I sit and think WHY. I just don't understand why I don't have any more willpower than I do. It just seems that as tired as I am of being fat, that I would stay away from anything unhealthy.

With all that said I will get up and fix a healthy lunch to take to work tomorrow and set my clock to get up and walk 3 miles instead of 2 and hope for the best when I weigh in on Sunday afternoon.

Week 3

Well, I am over on my calories for today(Monday). I guess it could have been worse.

I have really got to get a handle on the craving for chips.

Even with these problems I am still eating less and exercising more that I was 3 weeks ago before I started.

So, I'll take it and do better tomorrow.

    Chips are a trigger food for me, too. We went out for Mexican food the other night and I made sure the chips were way at the other end of the table. I knew if I ate one, I would eat the whole basket.

    I know what you mean--I have certain trigger foods that I just can't even have in the house and chips is one of them! Keep pushing--you'll get there. emoticon

This is Thursday of week 2 and I am still getting up in the morning to exercise and I am still tracking my food. I just need to remember how good I feel and keep this up for the rest of my life.

I am tired of being overweight and would like to look fabulous during my retirement years.(Hopefully they get here soon
