did really well yesterday while at work. stayed within the calorie range and ate healthy food.
got home and my kids are gone and my husband works 24 hours at a time. needless to say being by myself all night was not a good thing and I ate everything in sight and all of it was unhealthy. My calorie count was through the roof. Feeling rather defeated today and it is my fault for not just going to bed.
Ok. that is off my chest. I have packed a healthy lunch and my water bottle is full so I will try again today. I shudder to think how many calories I have been consuming each day before I started tracking again. If yesterday is any indication it is a wonder I don't weigh 400 pounds. I am hoping when I weigh in on sunday that even though I am out of my calorie range I am still eating less than I was before
