"Think about It" 1st Challenge
Wednesday June 27th to Tuesday, July 3rd
1. WHERE I WANT TO BE:
First Goal: 145 pounds
Second Goal: Re-evaluate
I plan to be doing cardio 3 days a week by the end of August. On at least one of my 3 Strength Exercise days, I will do an extra exercise session later in the day.
I plan to be able to tuck in my shirt and wear belts like I did when I was young.
I plan to feel better about my abilities, to the point of using them often in my work.
I plan to fulfill my dream of getting consistent, deep, satisfying sleep nearly every night.
I plan to have more confidence, laugh more, play more, and never again feel paralyzed by other people’s bad choices.
~STEPS TO TAKE~
T-Th-Sat My Cardio:
On Tuesdays, I will do a 60 minute outdoor activity or 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer adding a minute each time.
On Thursdays, I will take my 60-90 min walk downtown, plus shop at the mall.
On Saturdays, I will do a 3-5 mi walk w/Dvd.
On the days that I am unable to do these, I will continue adding minutes on the elliptical trainer.
M-W-F My Strength Exercises:

~About my food: (1) I’m tracking lots of nutrients and fiber and trying to get my protein and fats before suppertime. (2) I control my snacks trying to keep each one around 100 calories and healthy. (3) Fruits and vegetables are usually between 5-7 servings a day. (4) I’m keeping my bargain-hunter-eyes peeled for variety. Recently, I found dried white and yellow corn that I soak overnight and cook.
