time to start a new routine but an old one. im not writing what im eating down. i wasnt when i lost the 20lbs in the first place. i was just cutting things out that i didnt need like soda and pizza. and theres more to cut out. i will keep track of working out. but ill keep everyone updated on any changes. im 276.0 right now maybe i could get down to 275 by wednesday thatd be great:) im going to start walking 40mins a day plus other random workouts.
