Anxiety SUCKS!!!Monday, June 20, 2011I really want to know what my test results are. my plans today are to either walk (but its honestly too hot to do that) and then swim or to just swim all day. Itd be nice if SP had some swimming excersizes. That would be enjoyable to me. I'm going to try and right down foods again,but i dont think it'll last long. I'm going to go get my vitamins today and take my pup to get his shot. I dont plan on doing much today since its so hot. Some people are ignorant. I ask for support on a website called myyearbook.com and some idiot post a comment anonymously "lose some weight...faggot" in those exact words. Apparently they have nothing better to do. so far i ate a steak and regular begal today. we dont have much to choose from but we have a ton of canned food, like veggies and fruit maybe i could get rid of them lol. i ate too much last night. i ate alot of cookies and steak. i need to cut out the sweets if i can cut out soda i can surely cut out sweets also... ![]()

It sounds like you have a good plan in place! I know it's hard not to pay attention to people's comments. I know those comments hurt, but remember you are a good person and you are better then that! Those individuals are miserable, that is why they chose to make others miserable around them. We are here to help you if you need help! I'm so sorry about the idiot who posted those comments on the yearbook site. Some people are just plain sick and unhappy and try to hurt others to feel better. Don't let it get to you, you are taking notice of what you are eating, have you tried logging your foods on spark, getting the calorie count etc. Okay, it's time to give up the cookies though, a piece of fruit would be better.
