It should have a remove feature near where you entered it. When you add something it like mileage, they put minutes as it might be at a certain pace. up at the top of your fitness tracker page. There will be a little tab that says change my fitness goals. Go in there and you can adjust what you want to do. If you dont' want to put miles in there you can make it where you just do minutes. You should be able to manipulate your fitness page to make it fit what your doing.

Don't get upset about this. It didn't take a day to gain weight (2, 10, or 50 pounds) - doesn't matter. You will lose all of it in time. Becoming obsessed is not a healthy place to be - trust me, because I've been there. Take a deep breath. Just weigh yourself today and take each day as it comes. emoticon

Good morning. Don't freak out. Every day is a new beginning. Forget what happened yesterday and have a new resolve to just try better. Remember, progress...not perfection.

Take care and have a great day! You can do it!

you will gain about two pounds over the day, from the food and water intake you do a day. But the next day or next couple of days it will go away. You are seeming to obsess about it. Remember the weight didn't get there in a day and it will not get off you in a day. Take a breath and remember this is a journey. Your gonna have good days and your gonna have bad days. But if you stick with it and be deligent you will see the weight go away. Give it time and BREATHE!!!!!!

Hello Tawny come on girl emoticon. So you over ate we all do from time to time. But cant let that get you down.

You can go for a walk if that is what you like to do. But try walking a little faster than normal. I myself ride my emoticon every day for atleast 30 mints.

Why do you look at making yourself a nice grilled chicken breast salad for dinner. You can put on like 6 black olives, emoticon, fresh emoticonand 2tsps of Parmesan cheese. And use some salad dressing 2tbls of a vinaigrette. It is really good.

Also try steaming some emoticon that are so good that way. I just love them.

I hope you have a great afternoon.

Val emoticon

You shouldn't be scared to eat. You need to eat to fuel your body. It is finding a balance between the food you eat and the working out you do. That is why they have a food tracker and fitness exercise so that you can find that balance. It does work if you give it time to work. I have lost 33 pounds using those trackers. It does getting frustrating and annoying but you can truck through it and you will find you feel better for it.
