I went to a local TOPS meeting last night. I enjoyed it. Ladies talked about their goals for the week and how they did and weighed in. The group lost a total of 12 pounds. I will go to a Wednesday morning meeting that is a little closer to home. If I like it, I'll attend that one.
Yesterday I logged my foods at Sparkpeople.com. And I didn't go over 1100 calories. I could have, EASILY. I was hungry for dinner, but by lunch time I had already eaten over 1000 calories. The apple was good to hold me over. I also had a cup of tea with it, so I was fine.
Today will be a good food day. Lunch is homemade jelly-bread, 1 slice. 1 apple. 1 cup bugles. Hibiscus tea. :) Dinner will be venison steak, baked potato in the microwave, and wax beans from a can. No desserts. Only fruit and tea.
