I have a nasty sore throat, cough, stuffy head, aches pains and can barely drag myself out of bed. I haven't been this sick in YEARS

so I tracked for a few days then that time of the month hit, and I lost the plot. Glad to say though that it was only a few days that was off tracking and now I'M BACK!
I'm biggest problem I think is MOVING...I'm very sedintary and lazy, and I need to MOVE...I don't know why I can't get that bit but no matter what I JUST DON'T DO IT. I know that my upcoming times away are going to be busy and I need to get mving now so I at least have some energyso I can enjoy the sun, sand, surf, theme parks...I get sooooo frustrated with myself!!

Well, it's been about a YEAR since I was here...how can that BE!?!?! I'm sure it was just weeks........
I'm still the same weight, if not HIGHER!! GGRRR
I'm still working on it, by seeing a psychologist who's helping me and we are working through a program on PROCRASTINATING
I have a new plan, that is to get back to TRACKING, workout with DVDs, and try to take it slow and steady and try not to give up..just keeps swimming, just keep swimming
I have a HUGE month ahead. In 3 weeks my friend and I are taking our younger kids to the Gold Coast for a week of sun, sand, swimming, theme parks and LOTS of busy times (it's only 2 hours from where I live)
Then when I come home I have 5 days until I leave again for my home town, which is a 10 hour drive. I have my sister's 50th and then her son is getting married the following week, so I will be gone for 2 weeks...coming home at the end of November. It's getting hotter, and my hometown is WWWAAAAAYYY hotter than here, and it's on the coast, so I PLAN to take a walk at the beach every day.
It feels good to be back, and getting some motivation...which is my BIGGEST problem!!!

I don't know what it is, I don't know why this is happening, I don't know what's stopping me, I don't know what to do about it...but I just can't seem to make myself do it!!!!!!!!!!
I have the wii fit, I have just dance, I have tons of workout dvds, I buy them all the time, I have downloaded exercise programs, I have done soooo much....except DO anything.
I go to be saying to myself that I will get up early and workout before I do anything else, then the morning comes and I sleep in and can't get myself up and going, so then I say I'll do it in the afternoon, then I get busy with dinner, tv, kids, computer and don't do it...I just don't do anything....and I hate that I don't do anything. I'm lazy and feel like I deserve an easy day...but I have that EVERYDAY
WHAT CAN I DO TO BREAK THIS CYCLE??????????????????

since my last blog entry I have been down and NOT in a mood for tracking. It's that time of the month and I feel soooo tired and worn out, even though it's light and only lasts 3 days.
The weather has been HOT and extrememly dry with the humidity like 8% and even though it's waaaaay better than HIGH humidity, it's too sudden!! Last friday was FREEZING, raining, blowing a GALE and now it's hot and really smokey. Sure plays up with the sinuses.
Today I spent AAAALLLLLLLL day clipping my poor cocker spaniel. I'm sore, have blisters and I'm still not done. He's crazy and a BIG baby. He loves pplaying in the water then rolling around getting matted and fyll of prickles and burrs. He cries and cries just when I touch his leg. He's so pathetic that last year when I clipped him, he got free from me and ran around, stopped, wobbled, fell over, THREW up, got up and thried to run while still wobbly, must have fainted poor baby LOL LOL LOL
At least with this weather I have been drink, drink, drinking water and eating tons of salads. My favourite lunch is a salad sandwich on soy and linseed bread with a small ammount of fat free mayo. They have to be made the same way though LOL LOL bread, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions, beetroot and pineapple...YUUUUUUMMMMMM!!!! Tonight is home made burgers with that full salad. My burgers are HUGE but most of that is salad.
