my 2 month Spark Anniversary

Well my friends today makes 2 months since I started SP. And in 2 months I have gained and lost!


I have Gained some Really Great Spark Buddies!! ( Thank you all so very much! )

I have gained some knowledge of how I should be doing things lol


I have gained strenght!

I have gained energy!

I have gained so many things and continue to do so every day!


I Have LOST...
inches
weight
being super tired all the time
my way of thinking lol


All in all this has been the best thing I could have ever done for myself!
So here's to 2 month's of being on SP and to MANY MANY MANY More!

My Goal's For September


emoticon Drink Atleast 9 glasses of water day making it 270 for the month

emoticon emoticon emoticon work out Atleast 1,000 mintues this month!

emoticononce a week... Monday's

emoticon once a month on or around the 15th


emoticon try to eat on the plan
watch my sodium intake and try to lower it

emoticon try to get 8 hours a night

Do my best to stay on track & lose the weight!

Also just wanted to say Thank you!!!! To all of you, ya'll are awesome spark buddies!! I couldn't do this without ya'll!

    Thank you ladies, Weekends are my down fall as well, the only reason I m doing Mondays is because that's the day I started the 20 week challenge.. I guess the good thing is it helps me from going to crazy on the weekends lol

20 week challenge.. week 2's weigh in starting week 3 today

Okay so the numbers are in.... Good news is I didn't Gain any, I actually loss alittle and when I say alittle I m mean very little lol I m minus .3 ... But I m kinda excited considering my weekend and that the TOM is coming soon! I know I will do better this week,, I guess the only thing that saved me was working out alot last week. So back home in my safe zone where its easier to control what I eat and do. lol

So Goals this week

1. Stick more to the meal plan
2. try and keep it under the 2300 recommend sodium in take
2. drink atleast 6 8oz glasses of water,, if not more
3. Cardio 3 days this week for atleast 45 minutes hopefully for 60 minutes each time
4. Strength training at least 2 days this week.. maybe 3
5. just all in all do the best that I can!

So Best of Luck to everyone this week!! emoticon
I know I have to step it up this week! And I m gonna try and do more than I did last week,, altho I did pretty good last week on the exercising! But there's always room for improvement!!

    Those are awesome goals :) You can do it! I always gain weight around that TOM. Hopefully next week you'll see more weight lost! :) Remember any loss is a loss!

I have been stuck at 171 for two weeks, but I vowed this week will be the week! I will overcome 171! Ha ha ha. LOL

    A loss is a loss no matter how small! Like you said, you didn't gain!!! Super proud of you. Keep up the hard work!! TOM may have something to do with that. You may have actually lost more than you think, but TOM isn't going to let you see that. Woooohooo!! emoticon emoticon
