Okay so I have done MOST of my goals so far this week,,, have some left but the weeks not over yet... I might have over shot my goals alittle but at the time I did feel I could get it all in... only have 4 of the exercises left.. and have been in my calorie range but off the food plan alittle. Still having issues with my sodium intake.
Still not feeling 100%,, still having headaches, sinus problems, sick to my stomach feeling and feeling like I m starving at the same time... been alittle more tired than normal lately. I'm so ready to feel normal again SOON...
Anyways have a birthday party to go to tomorrow.. out of town so I m going to have to exercise my best judgment on what I eat and where. Fingers crossed lol... I know I will do my best! Atleast I get to see alot of my family that theses days I see about once every 6 months or so..
Other than that my official weight in day is Monday so we shall see!!
