Okay so here's where I am ...
So I bought a new scale yesterday, so I would have a more accurate reading.
I weighted in today it says 341.6 Which is -8.4lbs
I know I worked out alot last week (at least an hour cardio 3 days a week and then strength 3 days), sweated my butt off lol Also ate right, drank a ton of water.
And yesterday out in the 109 degree heat must have helped even tho I went over my 1700 calorie by 600 calories yesterday. Anyways the good news is I finally have an scales that seems to work and will now be able to weight in every week!!
The bad news is I don't know exactly how much of the 8.4lbs loss was just this pass week,, because I was having to average out all the weights my old scale was giving me to have a Start weight. now I have an accurate start weight to go by from now on.
That will be so much more helpful... I did take my measure's the week after I first started on SP and then again exactly a month later. So I know atleast how many inches I have lost since the beginning. ( an over all total of 13 inches ) YAY ME!
So here's to Week 2 and knowing exactly where I stand! And what I have to do!!
