Okay so I have made it a whole month and haven't fell off the wagon so to speak lol This is my second time on SP the first time was years ago and I just don't think I had my mind made up, I wasn't determined. Well this time I AM!!
I have changed my ways on eating, gave up all the junk food that I had some how started eating again. ( But Haven't in the past month) I had already given up soda's.. Luckily not a real weakness for me. I have been drinking water for awhile so that was another easy step for me,, now I just make sure I get enough everyday.

I also think the meal planner has made it so much easier 1. because it is so easy, helpful, and gives you choices 2. because (for the first time ever on a diet) ITS FOOD I LIKE!!! All the diets I have ever tried it has always been food I can't stand to eat that always made it hard!

Okay so now I think I have the basics down and started exercising with the plan about a week into it. Giving myself a week of getting use to the food, and habits on here. So I've been exercising for 3 weeks now,, and really liking it!! I actually get excited about it some times.. that being said with certain exercises some are still very hard for me so they don't thrill me as of yet but maybe some day they will, as it becomes easier.
So all in all I feel that I have jumped in with the " BRING IT ON attitude" this time. And that is how I feel.. Yes I have days were I m not sure if I m goanna make it but I DO and I know that if I let myself slip now it will never work so I make myself do it.

So here's to many many many more months and even years to doing it!! Here's to NOT giving up and NOT giving in!!!
Here's to finding ME under all of this! I know I m in here somewhere lol
Here's to losing the 2 other people I've been carrying around for quite some time now! hahaha So here's your EVICTION NOTICE SIGN SEALED AND DELIVERED!!!!

Okay so I haven't blogged in a few days. So here goes... the night before last night for the first time in years I went to bed at 9 pm and that is SUPER early for me, see I have two little girls, my husband and I myself were all night owls so going to bed before midnight is very rare in this house. But it seems to have done me ALOT of good.. because yesterday was my best work out day ever!!! I did 60 mins on a stationary bike, played wii bowling for 30 mins or more with my 3 year old, and did some work outs with the dumbbells and 75 ab crunches, and still had energy left over to clean the house do some laundry and cook and clean up dinner!! WOW YAY ME lol I know for alot of women this is just a normal everyday thing but for me I normally don't have alot of energy and usually just get the house work, quick work out, cook, and take care of the kiddos and that's bout as far as it gets. And as far as losing I still can't get any one weight on the scales but I know I have lost somewhere between 10 to 15 lbs in the past 30 days.. so again YAY ME

I have 5 kids (all grown now) and it was hard to get anything other than the necessities to sustain life accomplished. You are far above that.

A Question for the Ladies

Okay Ladies, how in the world do you handle being on a diet and exercising when um well lets just say when mother nature comes knocking.. I m mean between the cramps, bloating, tummy troubles, and being VERRRRY tired.. what do ya'll do to make it threw it and still exercise and eat right????

Just wondering cause mine is on her way and she's letting me know about it already and I was doing great this morning but now well not so wonderful lol
Anyways any ideals would be very much appreciated! emoticon

    so hard to work out during that time. energy level is so LOW. But keep pushing, go lower intensity, less time, but

    Yes I would agree with lots of water. And if you force yourself to do some cardio, maybe at a lower intensity, it does help sometimes actually. And at least keeps you in the habit.
Maybe try to budget your calories so that you can throw in a treat too.

    Working out relieves cramps and helps with bloating!! Also drink as much water as possible to help the bloat. it sucks to work out when your friend visits each month, BUT it's a fact that when you work out on your period you burn almost double the amount of calories!!!

It's A New Day!! / August Goals

Well today is a new day my friends, I started on here July 5th and I think I m getting the hang of things and am ready to step it up!! So I m going to start exercising more and about to try the New you boot camp exercises as well as the ones I was already doing... and get alittle stricter on my diet, have been eating mostly off the plan but I think I can do better! My problem is the sodium and trying to keep it under 2,300 mg a day its proved to be harder than I thought seeing how everything has sodium in it. Okay so here's to a new day & A New me!! And BEST of LUCK TO YOU ALL as well!!! emoticon emoticon So let's go kick some butt today!!!


My August Goals

Keep- eating by the recommend diet plan
drinking lots of water
exercising

Start- Exercising more
getting on a better sleep schedule.. ( bed before midnight)

All in all DO BETTER with my down falls---
watching my sodium intake more closely
eating more veggies

    Okay do did the First 10 min Boot camp workout today and wow I can really tell how out of shape I am that was hard but I AM NOT GIVING UP!!!! Still to come my normal work out for today!
