Okay so I have made it a whole month and haven't fell off the wagon so to speak lol This is my second time on SP the first time was years ago and I just don't think I had my mind made up, I wasn't determined. Well this time I AM!!
I have changed my ways on eating, gave up all the junk food that I had some how started eating again. ( But Haven't in the past month) I had already given up soda's.. Luckily not a real weakness for me. I have been drinking water for awhile so that was another easy step for me,, now I just make sure I get enough everyday.
I also think the meal planner has made it so much easier 1. because it is so easy, helpful, and gives you choices 2. because (for the first time ever on a diet) ITS FOOD I LIKE!!! All the diets I have ever tried it has always been food I can't stand to eat that always made it hard!
Okay so now I think I have the basics down and started exercising with the plan about a week into it. Giving myself a week of getting use to the food, and habits on here. So I've been exercising for 3 weeks now,, and really liking it!! I actually get excited about it some times.. that being said with certain exercises some are still very hard for me so they don't thrill me as of yet but maybe some day they will, as it becomes easier.
So all in all I feel that I have jumped in with the " BRING IT ON attitude" this time. And that is how I feel.. Yes I have days were I m not sure if I m goanna make it but I DO and I know that if I let myself slip now it will never work so I make myself do it.
So here's to many many many more months and even years to doing it!! Here's to NOT giving up and NOT giving in!!!
