So with just a few weeks left until the first I know I have to give it my all and try an come as close to the 50lb mark as I can.. with the time left and 14lbs to go.. I m not sure its possible but I m not gonna give up. okay so after just doing the math.. unless a miracle accrues I m so not making the 50lbs.. but should hit pretty close to it... I m not thrilled with that but I m so not giving up or in to this!! Anyways

Okay my friends I have a question.. so tell me what you think!
There is the top that just seems to haunt me. And I keep going back and looking at it. And as of right now its on clearance.. and they no longer have the teal or purple which I would have preferred But they have black and I like it too! Also I wanted to buy it in a smaller size just to have something to look and motivate me even more!! Anyways the only one left is a Black size 14/16 and that is a good bit smaller than the 3x's I m in now used to be 4x and soon it will be 2x's because the 3's are kinda swallowing me right now lol Anyways what do you guys think???? Should I order it and have something to help keep me motivated or no?
Okay so I weighted in this morning and it didn't show a gain Thank goodness but it didn't show a lost either.. wonder if it could have anything to do with the 17 almost 18 8oz glasses of water I consumed yesterday lol normally I do about 10 to 12 but last night I did 24 miles on my stationary bike and was dieing of thirst... yes you heard me right 24 miles.. That's a new record for me lol I have been trying to work out more because I know I m not eating the best.. I keep throwing myself off.. I was doing good for awhile there with the balance of working out and eating then when I lost alittle it recommended I drop my calories down and so I did and it threw me off.. now I have to try and get it balanced back out...
Anyways that's where I am at right now.. I am NOT giving up I know there's only 4 weeks left and I still need to lose 16lbs and okay so I might not make the full 50lbs in 20 weeks but its not going to be from giving up!! Its going to be hard but there still is a chance.
Okay so this is kinda embarrassing to have to ask, but I want to get something else to work out on but so far the things I have looked at only holds up to 250 to 260lbs.. and yea I m at 316lbs.. its coming off yes but would like to change it up alittle. Anyways I was wondering if anyone knows of something that would work??

and last but not least Try my best not to Stress out and start eating my feelings... its that time of year where I do my best to make everyone happy and everything perfect and I know That is impossible so why do I try so hard to do it every year... Hum well that is a question to ponder over I guess lol
Also I seen how the Thanksgiving food was packed with sodium.. I did good on calories but the sodium was Horrible so this Christmas I am looking in to a better solution on that.
That and I know this month is going to be harder than last month.. more temptations, my weakness chocolate covered peanut butter balls... and cookies so I will do my best to stay AWAY from temptation but the cookies is going to be very hard because its a tradition to make cookies for christmas and my 3 year old is looking forward to it.
