Okay so this is kinda embarrassing to have to ask, but I want to get something else to work out on but so far the things I have looked at only holds up to 250 to 260lbs.. and yea I m at 316lbs.. its coming off yes but would like to change it up alittle. Anyways I was wondering if anyone knows of something that would work??
I have a stationary bike and use is alot but want something else to help out lol

and last but not least Try my best not to Stress out and start eating my feelings... its that time of year where I do my best to make everyone happy and everything perfect and I know That is impossible so why do I try so hard to do it every year... Hum well that is a question to ponder over I guess lol
Also I seen how the Thanksgiving food was packed with sodium.. I did good on calories but the sodium was Horrible so this Christmas I am looking in to a better solution on that.
That and I know this month is going to be harder than last month.. more temptations, my weakness chocolate covered peanut butter balls... and cookies so I will do my best to stay AWAY from temptation but the cookies is going to be very hard because its a tradition to make cookies for christmas and my 3 year old is looking forward to it.

I am Thrilled to say not only did I NOT gain any weight this past week BUT I LOST weight!!!! I was alittle nervous about this past week and was just hoping to not gain but am thrilled to see I lost it.
So it a great start to what I am hoping is going to be a Great week for us all!!!!

Had a nice two day Thanksgiving... so far after eating Holiday day food 4 times..lol I was able to stay under 2100 calories..both days that is more than the 1660 I am suppose to stay under but all is okay. The only thing that really got me was how much sodium... oh momma was that bad... my blood pressure shoot up big time and normally I don't have issues with that but I normally stay under 2300 and yesterday it was more like 6100 yea not good.. so I am working off those effects today lol and last night.... anyways so far I have fared pretty good and it was nice.. but I'm really not looking forward to this kind of meal again for Christmas... I've got to find another tradition lol
On a good note the things I cooked was all the healthy versions.. but the problem was the cornbread dressing ... It was soo good but I didn't make it so I don't know what all was in it...
Weight in is monday and today and the next two days I'm going to try and workout like a crazy women lol
