Good Morning!!!!
Update from yesterday I am Happy to report that I worked my booty off yesterday cleaning house all day then running to walmart groc shopping then came home and worked out for an hour and a half and I am back on track on the weight loss yesterday weight in 321.7 today 319.7... Oh yea down 2lbs... lol that's atleast where I should have been yesterday morning. Oh well I m back on track today... and plan on making that scales move more... DOWN from here on out.

So I m UP by 7 oz's this week... yes I m alittle aggravated.. at myself.. because I only have me to blame. I m not about to set here and make any excuses.. There's no need for that. I m just gonna get off my butt and put more effort into it!! Do something about it now before those onces turn into lbs!!

So Good Luck to everyone this week!! And I hope you all have a VERY HAPPY THANSGIVING!!!!!! I know for me it will truly be a happy one if I don't add any lbs lol emoticon emoticon emoticon

Wanting a Healthy but nice Thanksgiving...

Okay so just as the title says I want to do a Healthier but still good Thanksgiving meal.

So I was wondering if any of you have a favorite recipe or even ideals on what to fix!

We got an Jalapeņo Turkey... they are sooooooo good alittle spicy at times but YUM!!

Also I like dressing.. (gonna try and find ways to make it healthier but still yummy

And Broccoli rice and cheese.. (also looking for a healthier version!! )

I've got wheat rolls to go with this.. and of course cranberries sauce for the hubby lol

    The jalapeno turkey sounds interesting!

It's hard to make suggestions without knowing what you would traditionally have for Thanksgiving dinner. You could always throw together a salad for extra veggies.

I always make the green bean casserole and it's usually a big hit... this year I am going to make the SparkPeople green bean casserole that is MUCH healthier. I'm hoping it'll be just as yummy!

emoticon After last night workout I managed to lose a 1lb and 2 oz!!!!

Last week 321.7
This week 320.5

Okay its time to kick it in to high gear, stay busy and see what I really can do!!! I KNOW I can do better!!! I was in a funk but feeling better now Thank goodness and THANK YOU ALL as well!!

Okay so today is a new day and I did weight myself to see what damage I might have done, altho weight in for me isn't until tomorrow... which I will weight in again and put in whatever is says but luckie for me this morning when I weighted it said 321.7 which is the same as my last weight in so YAY me I didn't gain anything!!!! So that makes me happy to know. Considering the 3 days I wasn't doing to well. Anyways I am doing my best to get back on track today. I guess the only thing that help me with the not gaining was I was still being active, with cleaning and moving stuff and decorating.. so that's a good thing I plan on keeping all that up but adding back in my exercises. That should help out and I am going to watch what I am eating.. I DID Track Everything even when I wasn't eating well, and while I was going over by like 400 calories a day for the 3 days, it seems I was still active enough not to gain but not enough to lose.. but that's okay I m just going to DO BETTER from here own out!! That is a promise!! I AM NOT GIVING UP!!!

So A BIG HUGE THANK YOU to you All!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
For all the words of encouragement, advise, and everything! It truly means alot to me to know that I have support!! With out you I know I wouldn't make it,, I have tried many times on my own and failed. So Thank you!!!!!!

    I thought I was reading one of my posts. You might over eat a day or two. Might not get your normal exercising in, but at least you were doing some kind of moving around and being active. That does count. It's great that those extra calories didn't make you gain weight. I have to weigh in tomorrow morning and I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to it. I ate fairly good the last two days and did my exercising, but that one day when I ate almost 3,000 calories is still hanging over my head.

As long as you keep the positive attitude and get support from your family and SP, you'll be just fine. emoticon emoticon
