Good Morning and Happy Halloween to you all!

Here's my weekly update:

last week 325.1
this week 323.7
down 1 lb

I'll surely take it! I think it would have been alittle more if it weren't for aunt flo who I thought was going to be checking OUT today but oddly enough she hasn't lol This week I worked out like crazy but because of my guest I didn't eat so well.. sure I stayed in my calorie limit but didn't eat all that healthy the past 3 or 4 days even had a big red yesterday, the first soda I've had in a VERY LONG time lol oh well back to my normal this week.. Eating better and working out as much as I can mange.. =-)) oh and can't forget drinking tons of water lol

Also I have a question does anyone else have this problem???

Almost 3 days ago now I made my 1500 fitness minutes and it shows it on my fitness tracker but no where else!?!

20 week challenge week 10 weight in

emoticon I m Happy to say I m down another 4lbs this week putting me minus 25lbs so far that's half of what I m looking at losing during this challenge. I've got 10 weeks and 25lbs more to go. I think I can do this!! Maybe even a few lbs more if I keep stepping it up like I did this past week I'm so excited at the thought of 50lbs gone by New Years.. I truly will have something to celebrate!!!! Not that it will be over for me I will just be looking for a new challenge and still have atleast 130 more lbs to go. So its gonna be awhile until I get to that but that's okay I know I didn't gain all this over night and I sure can't loose it all over night or in a few months either lol

Okay friends so there's where I m at. Also I think I just might make 1500 minutes of fitness this month, I've calculated if I do an hour a day for the next 5 days I will do it!! And I am gonna do my best to make that 1500 this month!!!

    That's awesome Tara! Congrats on the loss and the minutes. It was an unimaginable goal for me when I started and saw other members hitting that number but I should get it this month!

what BL did for me last night WooHoo!

Last night was the first one this season I've gotten to watch of BL and boy howdy it moved me... I got on my bike for an hour while lifting weights and keeping my heart range between 76 & 80 % just about the whole hour! I was feeling it!! WooHoo! I m feeling good today! & oh my gosh I can't image 8 hours straight and it surely would take someone yelling at me lol But I would be willing to try lol Okay I say that but I don't know how I would respond to someone yelling at me and being so brass.. the motivation part sure even yelling out motivation but I m so not use to someone yelling and screaming at me, makes me nervous. But I sure wouldn't mind being pushed and motivated!!!

Good Morning to you all... okay so yup forgot to get measured again last night. Gonna do my best to do that today!

And even tho its cloudy, chilly and wet here today I'm starting to feel all happy and giddy.. I think its because of the change in the weather its starting to feel like fall and that means the holidays are coming and I LOVE the holidays especially Christmas!!! And yes I have already started shopping... online.. because one I need to spread the spending out and two there's nothing more that I hate then waiting until the last minute, where it always seems like all the good stuff is gone and there still an abundance of people all doing the same thing and its gets extremely stressful, overwhelming and well just CRAZY. If it were up to my hubby he'd have me wait until Dec. 13 every year because that's when we can put it on our Credit cards and not pay until Feb. Gotta love them men and there ways of thinking.... Right? Like I tell mine its too stressful!!! And just suck it up big boy! Anyways So now if I can just put this giddy feeling into straightening up the house and whatever else needs to be done today I will be doing Great lol

Other than that on the one hand the weather is making me feel all happy and giddy but my body well that's a different story. I m not gonna sit here and complain all I'm gonna say is my body just feels alittle achy. Can't have it all I guess lol But that's just life!

So moving on and thinking maybe I should just turn on some tunes get it all done and then I will feel either alot better or alittle sorer but either way it will be done lol

    It's rainy, cold, and a bit windy here as well. I can't wait for the holidays. I don't do too much christmas shopping for people. I try to get my bestfriend and her husband something. My dad doesn't let my brother and I get him anything. So it's all about just spending quality time with family for the holidays. It means more than gifts could ever give! Lol. So, it's more money I can spend on myself. Plus, it's a reason to bake for people at work without feeling like I have to eat it all. I can get what I want and make everyone else pack on the calories. Lol. : )

    I love Christmas too. I try not to shop too early or I never stop buying lol. So I start after thanksgiving. I actually enjoy the crowds and craziness. I save the kids stocking till a week before so I cam still shop. I am glad ur enjoying the season I don't really care for winter. It means boys locked up inside and no fun. But I try to make the moat of it. I do like baking in the fall and winter too. Have a great day Tara!

20 week Challenge.. week 9 results

Good Morning to all!

Okay so I weighted in this morning didn't really have high hopes or anything because last week wasn't my best for starters I didn't do ST last week because of my neck.. I let it rest and all I can say is its still alittle sore but I m kinda tired of waiting for it to get over it so ST back on first thing in the morning!
Also some how I had hurt my right hip, thigh and knee sometime last Wed/ Thus. so I did finish out the week's workout but took it easy and didn't do hardly anything this past weekend by the time Friday evening came around my leg was hurting like crazy.. I had some pain/inflammatory meds left over from my c-section so took a few over a 3 day spain and Feel so much better now and plan on getting back in the game!!! I plan on stepping it up alittle this week play catch up for last week! I also was able to well for the most part stay away from all the cakes, cup cakes and party foods this past weekend. I had 1 strawberry cup cake and that's it!!! But I did eat chips and dip and the sandwiches my Mom inlaw bought a Large sandwich tray for the party.
The dip was spinage, and the chips were On the Border tortilla chips.. lower in sodium and in calories.

Later this evening, when hubby gets home I'm gonna have him do my monthly measurements.. If I don't forget again lol Other than that all is good.. this week should go smooth then this Sat is my hubby's Birthday so were planning on going out to eat and maybe take the kiddos to the zoo! So I m looking forward to that!

    I glanced at your previous blog and saw you have a one year old. When my two oldest children were between 1 and 2, I had terrible bursitis in my shoulder. It was so bad that I could not turn my neck. It was due to carrying my kids. Now I had very large kids (its genetic) My son was 12 pounds at birth and by the time he was one he weighed almost 30 pounds. My daughter was 10 pounds at birth and around 25 pounds at one. They were tall kids. My son was a little pudgy but my daughter was normal for her height. However they were heavy and caused my bursa to inflame. My orthopaedic Dr. started me on physical therapy and advised me to take ibuprophen before the bursa inflamed. When I had my last child I was proactive and took the ibuprophen prophylactically and had no problems. My youngest also weighed in at over 10 pounds at birth. This might be why you are having your neck issues.
