Good Morning to all!
Okay so I weighted in this morning didn't really have high hopes or anything because last week wasn't my best for starters I didn't do ST last week because of my neck.. I let it rest and all I can say is its still alittle sore but I m kinda tired of waiting for it to get over it so ST back on first thing in the morning!
Also some how I had hurt my right hip, thigh and knee sometime last Wed/ Thus. so I did finish out the week's workout but took it easy and didn't do hardly anything this past weekend by the time Friday evening came around my leg was hurting like crazy.. I had some pain/inflammatory meds left over from my c-section so took a few over a 3 day spain and Feel so much better now and plan on getting back in the game!!! I plan on stepping it up alittle this week play catch up for last week! I also was able to well for the most part stay away from all the cakes, cup cakes and party foods this past weekend. I had 1 strawberry cup cake and that's it!!! But I did eat chips and dip and the sandwiches my Mom inlaw bought a Large sandwich tray for the party.
The dip was spinage, and the chips were On the Border tortilla chips.. lower in sodium and in calories.
Later this evening, when hubby gets home I'm gonna have him do my monthly measurements.. If I don't forget again lol Other than that all is good.. this week should go smooth then this Sat is my hubby's Birthday so were planning on going out to eat and maybe take the kiddos to the zoo! So I m looking forward to that!
