Okay so I weighted in this morning didn't really have high hopes or anything because last week wasn't my best for starters I didn't do ST last week because of my neck.. I let it rest and all I can say is its still alittle sore but I m kinda tired of waiting for it to get over it so ST back on first thing in the morning!
Also some how I had hurt my right hip, thigh and knee sometime last Wed/ Thus. so I did finish out the week's workout but took it easy and didn't do hardly anything this past weekend by the time Friday evening came around my leg was hurting like crazy.. I had some pain/inflammatory meds left over from my c-section so took a few over a 3 day spain and Feel so much better now and plan on getting back in the game!!! I plan on stepping it up alittle this week play catch up for last week! I also was able to well for the most part stay away from all the cakes, cup cakes and party foods this past weekend. I had 1 strawberry cup cake and that's it!!! But I did eat chips and dip and the sandwiches my Mom inlaw bought a Large sandwich tray for the party.
The dip was spinage, and the chips were On the Border tortilla chips.. lower in sodium and in calories.
Later this evening, when hubby gets home I'm gonna have him do my monthly measurements.. If I don't forget again lol Other than that all is good.. this week should go smooth then this Sat is my hubby's Birthday so were planning on going out to eat and maybe take the kiddos to the zoo! So I m looking forward to that!

Okay so I m home, I m worn out, I haven't been feeling good since yesterday morning.. Don't know if I'm getting sick, or if its allergy's maybe or what but it just feels like a mix of things.
Its probably just because I wasn't eating, drinking and doing my normal. I will be so glad to get back to the normal everyday routine I know I will feel better.
Don't get me wrong I had lots of fun and it was a Great weekend But I feel the difference in how I feel, how my body feels, From lack of eating good.. I didn't Over eat BUT what I did eat wasn't anything close to my normal. I also didn't drink as much as I normally would. And I think that's another reason I feel drained. And the food I ate I think is why I've been feel.. off and kinda yuckie.
Plus it doesn't help that my neck still sore and has been for almost 4 weeks now... I duno if I strained it or what its not horrible but just hasn't went away.
Anyways so I'm gonna push myself to get things done today and get back in to my routine of things so tomorrow will be a better day.
I also did weight in and it says I m up 1lb & 5oz.. I'm so not worried because I know that's problaly fluid retention and from the added sodium intake. Normally I stay on the lower end but I wasn't the one cooking this weekend and I just didn't want to be rude or anything so I ate small portions of what was cooked all weekend and figured I would just deal with it when I came home.
Okay so there's were I'm at today and here's to a better tomorrow.
And getting back to the normal!!
So I m trying to get everything done..( laundry, clean house, pack bags, get gifts together ect.) Because this weekend I have an out of town wedding to go to and then 3 birthday parties.. Luckily the 3 birthday's are all rolled in to one party lol and one of them being my baby girl.. She's turning 1. And the other two are 2 of my nieces who happened to be born on the same day 6 years apart. So it's going to be lots of fun!!
The Stressful part is trying to get it all done and ready to go down there and then once I get down there which won't be until late friday evening I've got to go buy the stuff for the party ( why wait you ask well normally I Don't but Its not only for my little one its also my niece's so I have to go with my sister so we can match it all up) and pick up the cake's all before the wedding on sat. evening @ 5 then the birthdays are on Sunday. Its going to be crazy! I don't know that I'm gonna have to worry about what I eat I m not sure I m gonna have time to eat lol But I should be getting plenty of exercise lol
Anyways I just wanna wish everyone a wonderful weekend!!!
Okay so this morning I weighted myself and I knew that last time I weighted it said I gained 1 lb 8oz but I was worried because it was TOM and I always get bloated pretty bad so when I weighted this morning I was hoping and expecting it to be a good bit less but what I seen I was like WOW are you sure are you really sure??? SO I weighted 3 more times and yup every time it said the same thing.. I even had my hubby weight, since he's not dieting he kinda of stays at the same weight. lol anyways every time I weighted it said the same thing 328.8lbs and that 7 lbs down from my last weight in... WoooHooo I'll take it! I figure If I broke it down it would be on ave what I lose per week right now and I guess its making up for last week lol Gotta love that Tom lol I also think it helped that I was able to stay on the lower end of the sodium like the past 4 days so I think I m gonna try and do that more often lol
So now on to week 8!!!! Best wishes to everyone on making week 8 a Great one! So let's go make it count my friends!!!!
Drink Atleast 9 glasses of water day making it 270 for the month ( as of yesterday 285)
work out Atleast 1,000 minutes this month! ( As of yesterday I have 1340 minutes )
once a week... Monday's ( did that except one time)
once a month on or around the 15th ( did that)
try to eat on the plan ( for the most part I did)
watch my sodium intake and try to lower it ( Can do better )
try to get 8 hours a night ( Check)
Do my best to stay on track & lose the weight! ( I think I did my best )
Okay so after looking over my sept. goals, I am going to try and step it up alittle and do even better than last month.
I am going to shoot for:
Drink 300 cups of water
workout for 1500 minutes
try harder to stick to the meal plan
do better with staying under on my sodium in take under 2300
cont. to weight in on Monday's
cont. to measure once a month
all in all try to better myself.. with working out and eating and drinking right.
I figure from here it can only getter better.
I have the I WANT TOO, and the will Power!
And I m even getting to really like my healthier choice food and have found that I miss it when I don't get it. I look forward to it!! I am feeling more energized and sleeping better. I feel better! So I know I am right track! & I plan on staying on the right track!!!
