    I mostly go for stuff with a great beat, or at least wont bring me down, meaning half of my fav songs are no longer listened too right now...anywho, some of my favorites are:

Well I might not know exactly what I weight right now.. (cause my scales say something different every time I step on it) But I can tell things are changing!! Even my husband said to me " I can get my arms around you, all the way around you" & I myself can feel things have changed! So I am excited!! I still have a long way to go but atleast I can feel things are changing and that's a great feeling!!! emoticon

    This is wonderfull... I had some bad news from Mr. Scale today, so this block is helping me to keep my focus to the end result. Hopefully I will have also a blog like this in the near future...

Getting back on track

Ok so I was out of town for a few days, had to take my youngest to the Dr's for a check up. So now I m back at home and trying to get back in the groove of things,, spent most of the day yesterday catching up on the laundry and house hold things. so now I've got to get back in the groove.. get back on track but happy to say while I was gone I did do a pretty good job of eating as healthy as I could ordering from the lower calorie menus and what not and did make sure I got exercise,, lots of walking and swimming! Now just if I could just kick myself back into high gear lol

Day 16

Today is Day 16! So far I m sticking to it this time, sure I have days where I have the I don't want to's and some where I still feel kinda not so good but I 've been pushing threw thos days to get to better days and to get to where I want to be! So far my scales isn't working right ever time I get on them it says something different.. so I did measure last week and I guess will have to go by that. But I do feel some changes so I m just taking that as a good thing and keep on going! I've also notice some things are getting easier... eating less for one, and drinking more water, sleeping alittle better, not every night but more than before! So its slowly but surely working!!

    Good work! Today is day 14 for me! Just keep doing, what you're doing! Persistence is key in achieving anything, especially weight loss/fitness/healthy eating habits. You CAN do this!

What helps me is reminding myself when ever I start to slow down or back slide that I didn't gain all this weight over night and it isn't gonna fall off over night either! Yes I have been over weight my whole life but its time for a change and I CAN DO IT. I am the only one that can change myself! So I just keep telling myself it takes time to get it off, time and lots of hard work cause unfortunately it is MUCH harder to get off that it was putting it on.

    What works for me is SparkPeople. Being able to talk to others is great and motivating.
