well I'm glad I slept in a bit yesterday morning because it was another 12 hour day at work.
Yesterday was a great example of why I needed to change my schedule up. Get up at 530, get to work by 7, work till 7 with no real breaks, get home, start a load of laundry, start dishes, get dinner prepped and in the oven, fold laundry and put away, eat dinner while little one in bath, put little one down. Whew, by the time I stopped it was 10. I got a half hour to sit and relax then it was off to bed.
Slept in again this morning, I woke up at 5 thinking I need to workout but then I thought....I got to bed at 1030, I need sleep. So I slept for another 45 min.
I can workout tonight after work, and tomorrow the schedule changes a bit again after work so I might be able to do a workout in the morning and evening. That would be cool. Saturday is my step son's bday party and we're combining that with mothers day for my mom. So Saturday will be a long day but it will be fun. Sunday I think I'm going to use my mothers day pass and go to the gym for a workout. I have missed the gym this week. Little one asked last night if we could go back (she loves the kids area), so I think next week we'll go to the gym a couple of days and I'll have a couple of days of workout at home.
It's all about the balance.
