Well after a great day of tracking, cardio and lots of water, wouldnt you know it, the cooks decide we are gonna have the mother of all meals! tbone steak, baked potato, mixed veggies and fried shrimp. well i failed miserably. I have been doing so good up till now, so i ate half the tbone, 3/4 of the baked potato with sour cream, all the veggies and 3 pieces of fried shrimp. Not a good calorie total. =( and to top it all off, i am enjoying the first soda in two weeks, a cold COKE ZERO. well what is done is done, at about 8pm I am gonna let Jillian Micheals kick my butt for 30 mins. will that help at all???? tomorrow is another day.
