I have been proud of myself for doing very well for the last four days, but i completely lost it last night. I was trying to chat with my sister and she just seemed to busy. Then i realized all my family is too busy to chat, you would think they could make 5 minutes for thier sibling/daughter/mother that is deployed. so i cant decide if i was sad, mad or depressed, could have been all three, bot half a can of pringles and 6 oreo cookies later, i didnt feel any better. so today is a new day, time to try again! =) emoticon

I have only been on this site for 4 days now, and i am very proud of myself for keeping the exercise and nutrition tracker going. It is great to see all the exercising i am doing, and keeping the food journal makes me accountable which has me watching what i eat, and if i go outside the calorie perimeters, i am disappointed in myself and try again the next day. This is a big change, usually i would just eat more and bad because i failed a day. I hope by the time i leave here i will have such ingrained workouts that i wont want to change back!

Cant seem to get a handle on this snacking at night!, i know it stems from childhood and bad marriages-but i dont seem to have the will power to change it, its interesting that i have the will pwer to exercise and do treadmill work for over an hour, but i cant seem to put down the junk at night. tracking food has been very helpful so far, just get disappointed when i go over every day because of snacking.

    This one was a tough one for me at first. I finally found a sugar free hard candy that I have. One piece lasts quite awhile and seems to take calm the urge for me. I also make sure to have my fruit cut up and have that easily available or air popped popcorn. There are several healty options available for this time.

I was very surprised about how many calories i eat in a day even when im trying to be good! well this is day 2 on SP and i am still learning to navigate this site, lets see how good i do today on tracking =) everyone keep workin at it!
