Went off course a slight bit this weekend, my friends wedding reception happened Friday night so there was a lot of snacking. I did get a chance to exercise for 50 minutes on Sunday so that's a plus. I did drop a pound :)
I ended up taking before pictures for when I end up losing a significant amount of weight, they are kind of embarrassing and discouraging to look at, but I'm sure I'll be able to keep myself motivated to lose the weight and becoming a healthier, more attractive person. 5 pounds less and 3 weeks gone by, 58 more to go! I can do this!
