Turbo Fire

Ok so I am starting a new journey to complete the 90 day program of turbo fire and plan to complete it this time. I will be logging my process and pic. I started day 1 yesterday with fire 30.

  Good luck with Turbo Fire!!! I am older & I have been having a problem starting a program that I know I can do, I first got Power 90, nope not ready for it. Then got Slim in 6, did It a week and knew it was still a little much for, I should of stayed at the 1st level, then I may of been okay, so now I am going to begin Turbo Jam.........please let this be the one. I also add shakeology as a 1 meal replacement...good stuff. emoticon

    Hey good luck with it! You can do it, I have not done turbo fire but heard good things. I am in the first week of Jillian Michaels 30 day ripped. I have used her DVDs before but never did them consistently without mixing in others for variety. I am going to seee if sticking with one helps or hinders. good luck with Turbo - you can do it! emoticon

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Ok so i have fallen off and to be honest i've became lazy. Today is the day that i get back on this horse and reach my goal. I know what i have to do the problem was that i am not doing it. BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!! I am responsible for taken care of me no more excuses.

12/30 Ok now i need to get my eating corrected.

01/02 i started feeling sick on 12/30 and have been sick until now. Hopefully tomorrow i will be able to start working out again. I also will be follow my calorie intake

    Ok so i started doing turbo fire again and now i am on week three. So far so good. I havent did a weight in yet but my body does feel a little different. i will keep updating.

Turbo fire day 1

So i am starting day one of turbo fire this evening. I will take photos of before and after and post them. I am looking forward to completing the 20 weeks and cant wait to see the result. I'm so excited.

06/27/2011 Ok so i haven't been following the workout schedule like plan. But today i am starting over. I vow to complete this program and i can't use any more excuses because there is non.

07/05 Ok so i'm on week two. So far so good.

07/14 Why is this so hard to stick to. Once again i stared over on monday. I need this is the end of my procrastination. I'm starting this weight lost journey over and plan to reach my goal this time and keep it off. I will do weekly check in on Sundays. So see you on sunday.

07/19 Sorry that i didnt check in on Sunday. I did weight in that morning and I lost 2lbs that week. Yah!!! I am excited to be exercising again. Can't wait for Sunday. I'm thinking my problems was not excersing because i really dont eat that bad. So we will see soon.

07/31/2011 ok so i'm finishing up with week 3. There has been workouts that i have missed. I weighted myself this mornign and i gain 2lb but i lost inches and i can see it. So right now i am not going to follow the scale. I have lost

waist 1 & 1/2 in
hip 1 in
thigh 1 in
calf 1 in
arms

08/03/2011 I started the old points ww yesterday. I can't afford to pay for meetings so I'm doing it on my own for right now. Can't wait to weight in next week

    How's TF going for you now? I LOVE it! I'm a Turbo Jam graduate (it was my go-to workout for most of my last 60 pounds). I do think, though, that Turbo Jam was a little better at working the abs in a standing manner while Turbo Fire is really all about the cardio. Even though it's basically the same moves, TF has a tendency to go so fast that you don't have a chance to really target those abs/obliques. That's my 2 cents anyway. But I LOVE them both!

    I havent been working out everyday as planned. I am very disappoint in myself but i can't do anything about those days. I can only work from today on. I did workout last night tho. So from yesterday on. I'm going to try to switch the times i workout. i will keep checking in.

    Turbofire is from beachbody. It is workout w/ Charlene that does the turbojam video. Thanks for the encouragements. I will keep you posted.
