Okay I weighed in after loosely following the abs diet for women ( lets be honest now) I havent been and angel in the food department lately, and it shows in my weight loss. After six weeks I am down 1.2 kilograms which I am thankful for but know that I could have done so much better had I not let other stresses get to me. My only exercises have been the abs diet for women strength routine which is a good complete body workout and I have been doing this at least twice a week. In between cardio has been Turbo jam 20 mins workouts as my time has been under pressure with other commitments. I am still finding this diet easy to follow, my hardest problem (hard to believe) is not being hungry and having to make myself eat. The smoothies have been great as this for me, can replace a meal and still keep me satied.
OKAY. MY SELF CHALLENGE. I will be MUCH more organised and will eat more consistantly. Lets see how I go leading up to christmas.
